At its April 21 meeting the North Royalton Building & Building Codes Committee voted to recommend Ordinance 26-71, which accepts the final plat and dedication of Valley Vista Circle within the Valley Vista subdivision, to the full council for approval.
Chair Kaylee Green moved to recommend the ordinance and Vice Chair Matt Coleman seconded the motion. The committee recorded Yeas: Two (Coleman, Green) and Nays: None; the motion carried. The recommendation forwards the final plat to council and, if approved there, the county recording step will permit lot sales and allow home construction to proceed.
Tom Jordan had told the committee that the final plat had been submitted and that recording at the county level follows council approval. The Planning Commission previously approved the final site plan and related infrastructure work has begun on Chesapeake Drive; some related residential items (Albion Road, Kimrose Place) remain pending engineering or wetland delineation.
The committee took no further action on other items and adjourned at 6:19 p.m. The ordinance recommendation will be considered at the next council meeting per the council’s agenda process.
