The Plympton Board of Health met March 10, 2026, accepted the Feb. 10, 2026 minutes by a 3-0 vote and recorded approvals for multiple septic-system plans and permits.
Board records list approved plans for new installations and repairs at addresses including 125 West Street, 123 West Street, 110 Center Street, 25 Oak Street, 30 West Street, 159 Center Street, 17 Winnetuxet Road, 19 Forest Street, 112 Main Street, 0 Main Street, 387 Main Street, 31 Parsonage Road and 77 Spring Street, with permit expirations recorded on each line. The board also listed several approved plans that are out for installation, including 11 Heather's Path, 9 Upland Road and 28 Brook Street.
During the meeting the board voted 3-0 to approve system disposal construction for 0 Palmer Road; the minutes reference Permit #1381. Several other plans remained listed as pending and awaiting submittal or review, among them 40 Ring Road, 23 Palmer Road and 373 Main Street.
The agenda recorded a set of failed or conditionally passed systems under Title 5 reports: 50 Forest Street (failed, Title 5 report dated 12/1/2017); 50 Maple Street (conditional pass, needs D-box replacement, Title 5 report dated 2/23/2023); 36 Colchester Street (failed, Title 5 report dated 6/6/2025); and 36 Parsonage Road (failed, Title 5 report dated 8/25/2025).
