HARRISON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Following an executive session, the Harrison Township Board of Education on April 28 approved the termination of employee #15552 effective April 29, 2025.
The board recessed into executive session at 7:43 p.m. and returned to public session at 8:10 p.m. After returning, Board member Walter Bright moved to approve the termination as discussed in executive session; John Cavanaugh seconded. The motion passed on a roll-call vote recorded 8-0.
The minutes state the board may adjourn into executive session during the meeting to discuss personnel or other matters and that results would be made public later; the termination motion and effective date were announced in open session.
