Board members questioned where vehicles and outdoor storage would be located and noted many existing neighborhood homes lack garages because they were built as cottages under earlier zoning. Board Member Rick Schneider said the property is too small to build four houses; others echoed concerns about parking and the lack of appropriate building envelopes.
After discussion, the board moved to deny the variances and the motion carried unanimously (7-0).
