Wardsville trustees approve minutes, treasurer report and bills; meeting adjourns

At its March 4 meeting the Village of Wardsville Board of Trustees handled routine governance items and adjourned after completing business.
After calling the meeting to order and certifying a quorum, the board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of Feb. 4, 2026. Trustees then approved the February treasurer's report following a motion by Treasurer Rick Taube and a second by Trustee Rachel Busche. Later the board voted unanimously to approve payment of bills on a motion from Taube with Busche seconding.
Trustee Rachel Busche moved to adjourn; Trustee Rick Taube seconded and the meeting adjourned at 7:22 p.m. The minutes note that these March 4 minutes were themselves approved at the regular meeting on April 1, 2026, on a unanimous motion by Brian Schrimpf and Paul Stonner.
