Trustees reject Golf Cart Bill 26-01 after second reading

Trustee Luanne Ruck moved to approve Bill 26-01 and Trustee Ron Weihs seconded the motion. Roll-call voting produced the following result: Ron Weihs — No; Luanne Ruck — No; Dave Perdue — Yes; Tony Baldridge — Yes; Ranita Jones — No. With two votes in favor and three opposed, the bill did not pass.
The board took no further action on the bill at the meeting, and no amendments or next steps were recorded in the minutes.
