Councilman Brett Nowell moved to approve the consent agenda, and Councilman Doyle seconded. Roll-call votes recorded Councilmembers Conroy, Doyle, Ferry, Hamlin, Matos and Nowell voting yes; each motion on the consent agenda passed (6 yes). The consent package contained Resolution 265-2025 (appointment of Jacquelyn Martino), Resolution 266-2025 (award of bid — Wilson Avenue Improvement Project), Resolution 267-2025 (award of contract — security equipment), Resolution 268-2025 (refund of outside duty), Resolution 269-2025 (dedication by rider for the Accumulated Absences Liability Trust Fund) and Resolution 270-2025 (dedication by rider for the Storm Recovery Trust Fund).
The council also moved to approve the bill payment list as presented, which showed a total of $3,234,706.03. The motion to approve the bill list passed on a roll-call vote with the same six council members voting yes.
