Regular Member Allen Cockerline recused himself from consideration of this application.
After reviewing the filing, the commission concluded that Land Use Director Abby Conroy and Chair Dr. Michael Klemens could handle the application administratively rather than returning it to a full public hearing at the commission. No formal vote beyond the recusal and administrative referral was recorded at the Oct. 7 meeting.
