Salisbury planning commission accepts revised POCD and refers it to selectmen and regional council

Regular Member Bob Riva moved to accept the POCD with the changes and to refer it to the Board of Selectmen and the regional Council of Governments; Regular Member Allen Cockerline seconded the motion. The commission voted 5-0 in favor.
Land Use Director Abby Conroy and commissioners reviewed the public-comment-driven edits before the vote; the commission recorded that Alternate Member Dr. Danella Schiffer joined the meeting late, at 8:45 p.m. The referral establishes the commission’s formal recommendation and forwards the draft to bodies with statutory or regional review roles.
