Commissioners note courthouse-rehab progress, add auction to next agenda

At the June 22 work session Commissioner William A. Todd reported that the Madison County Courthouse rehabilitation and addition project is progressing as scheduled and said an "Agreement for Deposit of Obligations Other than Retainage" would be finalized by next Tuesday.
Commissioners Duke W. Gilman and Ron E. Nye joined Todd in discussion and agreed to add the question of holding an additional county auction to the next Tuesday agenda for further deliberation. The minutes record no formal decision on an auction during this session.
The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn moved by Commissioner Todd and seconded by Commissioner Gilman; the motion passed unanimously and the session adjourned at 10:58 a.m.
