The Millstone Township School District board approved routine business items including minutes from the June 20 and June 24 meetings, the administrator’s report, personnel actions, the curriculum and instruction package, and a set of revised policies and regulations.
During the administrator’s report the district announced kindergarten orientation (Aug. 29 at 9:30) and a preschool open house (Aug. 29 at 1:30), and noted the student safety data submission and the virtual/remote instruction plan renewals are due to the state on July 31 and require board approval. The board moved and carried approval of the administrator’s report and associated items by roll call.
The curriculum and instruction package was moved and adopted by roll call; the board also approved revised policies and regulations as part of an action-item package after removing one sub-item (1.i) from the motion. Roll-call votes recorded members’ individual responses; the motions carried.
