Acting in its capacity as the Irvington Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the Municipal Council on Oct. 15 approved an expansion of the premises under Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0709-33-062-008 for Nuevo Centenario Inc. at 1180 Springfield Avenue.The minutes state the application was complete, transfer fees were paid and the license had been renewed for the current term; the approval takes effect Oct. 15, 2024.
Municipal minutes show the matter was moved by Chairman Cox and recorded as adopted. The council as ABC board directed the municipal clerk to note the expansion in township files for the licensed premises described with an attached sketch in the application package.
