District reports HIB tallies and enrollment decline; emergency bus drills logged

Briggs — 0 reported, 0 confirmed; Arthur Stanlick — 0 reported, 0 confirmed; Cozy Lake — 0 reported, 0 confirmed; White Rock — 1 reported, 0 confirmed; Jefferson Township Middle School — 1 reported, 1 confirmed; Jefferson Township High School — 6 reported, 1 confirmed. The board affirmed the superintendent’s report as a formal motion.
Administration reported district enrollment as of Feb. 28, 2025 at 2,665 students, down from 2,705 on Feb. 29, 2024. The agenda also logged emergency school bus evacuation drills conducted March 5–7, 2025 across elementary, middle and high school routes.
No board action beyond affirmation of the superintendent’s HIB report was recorded at the meeting.
