At its Jan. 29 meeting, the Borough of Keansburg Council approved a series of routine but legally required resolutions by roll call vote.
Key completed actions:
- Resolution 25-005: Payment of bills (01.29.25). Council authorized checks to be drawn by the Chief Financial Officer and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Municipal Clerk.
- Resolutions 25-006, 25-007, 25-008: Granted 2025 amusement game licenses to multiple operators (including Cappuccio; Rocky’s Great Adventure; Cardinal Amusements) for operations at Jersey Shore Beach and Boardwalk, Inc., and authorized the Borough Clerk to issue the licenses under the Amusement Game Licensing Law (P.L. 1959, chap.108–109).
