Resolution 25-011 authorizes purchasing two 2025 Ford Utility Interceptors from Cherry Hill Winner Ford under State contract #20-FLEET-01189 for $86,986.00. Resolution 25-012 separately authorizes upfitting the vehicles via State contract #17-FLEET-00761 for $35,269.70, for a combined cost of $122,255.70. The resolutions cite N.J.S.A. 40A:11-12a and N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.29(c) permitting purchases through cooperative contracts without separate competitive bidding.
Both resolutions were adopted by roll call vote and take effect immediately.
