The board also approved budget transfers for September 2024.
The board approved a contract with Cold Spring Lawn and Landscape, LLC to provide salting and snow‑plowing services for the 2024–2025 school year and adopted the 2025–2026 budget calendar. The meeting record shows mandated drills were documented: a security drill on Oct. 24, 2024; a fire drill on Nov. 11, 2024; and a security drill on Nov. 13, 2024.
Under transportation items, the board approved a revised 2024–25 joint transportation agreement with the Lebanon Township School Board of Education to transport school‑choice students who live in Califon for an annual fee of $8,000.

The board accepted the October 2024 health report, approved multiple field trips (8th Grade orientation to Voorhees High School; Grades 6–8 to YMCA Camp Bernie; and a chorus trip to Voorhees High School) and approved graduate course tuition reimbursement for staff member Alison DeMarco for two Wilson Reading System courses at $375 each.
The board approved a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Washington Township Police Department for the 2024–25 school year; the MOU allows police access to school video surveillance for the school year. The transcript lists the attendance policy P 5200 (Attendance) as part of policy readings on the agenda.
