The board approved a land-use variance and consolidation request for a property listed under Nierengarten. Mark Egge moved to approve the variance and to combine three existing parcels into one parcel identification (PID); Ryan Nelson seconded and the motion carried 8-0. The board’s action grants the variance and formally consolidates the three parcels into a single PID for planning and zoning records.

Chairman Chris Klein moved the renewal with that condition; Mike Helman seconded and the motion carried 8-0.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Brandon Geyen, seconded by Mark Egge; that motion carried 8-0.
