"We've created something innovative and unique because it's created a place of people from all walks of life to gather," Hyatt said.
Council accepted the donation and thanked Skate Upstate and city staff for the project’s delivery. Hyatt urged residents to visit the park and noted potential economic benefits from visitors traveling to skate at the site.
