A committee member moved to adopt the minutes, a second was received, and the board approved the minutes by voice vote.
The chair asked whether there was any old business or items from the planning director report. The co-chair, identifying themself as serving in the chairman role, said, "I do not have any reports or recommendations this evening." The co-chair then called on members for reports. Miss Slice said, "I have none." Mr. Meadows, Mr. Stoddard and Mr. Moore each likewise stated they had no reports.
With no substantive items to consider, a member moved to adjourn and a second was made. The board approved the motion to adjourn by voice vote and the meeting ended.
