The change to Section 400.050 was sponsored by Council President Mark Hollander, Councilmember Vince Ratchford, Councilmember Denise Mitchell, Councilmember Justin Foust, Councilmember Michael Galba, and others listed on the ordinance. The ordinance was approved by Mayor Daniel J. Borgmeyer and is recorded as Ordinance 26‑042.
