Weymouth Committee approves minutes, vouchers and holds closed session on pending contract

At its Nov. 19 meeting the Weymouth Township Committee approved routine business and went into a closed session on a pending contractual matter.
The committee approved the Nov. 5, 2025 meeting minutes (motion Norton/Keiffenheim; roll call Norton-yes; Keiffenheim-yes; Haeser-yes). It also approved the vouchers for payment totaling $22,899.99 (motion Norton/Keiffenheim; roll call unanimous) and accepted submitted department reports, including the October 2025 Tax Collector report.
Later in the meeting the committee adopted Resolution 99-2025 to enter a closed session to discuss a pending contractual agreement (motion Norton/Keiffenheim; roll call unanimous). The minutes record that the committee ended the closed session and re-opened the meeting at 7:57 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 7:59 p.m. The Municipal Clerk Dorothy-Jo Ayres signed the minutes.
Mayor Kenneth R. Haeser also used his remarks to announce a community tree lighting scheduled for Dec. 2 at 6:15 p.m.
