Members also reviewed proposed streetscaping on the west side of Jefferson and Lincoln avenues and identified locations for two new bike racks near restaurant row. S3 said redevelopment staff (Tanya and Becky) are coordinating purchases for additional planters tied to the restaurant row project and that installation is expected by August. The board agreed to stay engaged in funding conversations and to coordinate EID support so investments align with longer‑term planning.
