Residents urge Winfield officials to replace faded street signs

Officials said refurbishing signs would cost about the same as buying new signs. Clerk Slowik said she will follow up on the list provided by Ms. Alfano.
The exchange took place during the meeting’s Citizen’s Forum; no formal action on sign replacement was recorded in the minutes. The minutes note that Ms. Alfano provided a list that the clerk will use to check status and follow up with residents.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 7:15 p.m.
