Ross also reported that Aladdin Manufacturing, a carpet manufacturer in Sugar Valley, has applied to correct its zoning from I1/A1 to I2 to reflect its operations. Staff emphasized that the request is strictly to conform to the correct zoning code and does not signal new operations beyond those already in place.
No votes were recorded on either item at the meeting; both items will continue through normal zoning and permitting processes if pursued.
