Liquor-license transfer approved: Resolution 2026-056 authorized a place-to-place transfer of club license number 1801-31-004-002 to permit relocation of premises and trustee changes at Fiddler’s Elbow Golf and Country Club. Robin Ray said the action delicenses a portion of a restaurant area that extends outside and reflects internal trustee adjustments; the resolution passed unanimously.
Crossroads Park bids rejected: The committee approved Resolution 2026-057 to reject all bids for the Crossroads Park project. Administrator Robin Ray said the apparent low bidder failed to submit prices for all items and was disqualified; the remaining two bids exceeded the township’s budget. Staff will rebid the project after the committee authorized bid rejection.
Consent agenda and routine approvals: The committee also approved five permits (farmers market and social fair permits), the consent agenda, minutes from February 17 and the bill list pending review of individual invoices, all by roll call or voice vote as recorded at the meeting.
