The Milford Center Village Council approved a package of resolutions at its Jan. 12 meeting. Council passed Resolution R-01-26 authorizing Mayor Reisinger to enter into a contract with Choice One Engineering for the Southeast Side storm sewer project; the resolution and the motion to waive second and third readings passed 4-0.
Council also approved Resolution R-02-26 establishing a compensatory time policy for village employees and waived additional readings. The council accepted the 2026 Temporary Appropriations Budget via Resolution R-10-25 (the record shows a 5-0 vote). In a separate personnel action, the council approved Resolution R-03-26 to provide Sam Vollrath, a village employee, a $600-per-month stipend to offset health insurance costs effective Jan. 1, 2026; that measure passed 4-0.
