- Consent agenda: Approved (minutes 06/15/2026; invoices including OHM Advisors $6,638; mural payment to Desiree Kelly Art $25,000; landscape maintenance pay applications; and other routine items) — motion carried by voice vote.
- Mattioli Cement contract extension: Council approved a one-year extension of the city’s miscellaneous concrete contract with Mattioli Cement (Fenton, Michigan); vendor guaranteed the same prices for the additional year — roll-call vote recorded as affirmative.
- Coolidge median islands change order and pay application: Council approved pay application No. 1 for median work and a change order to add additional landscaping and irrigation for three more islands at a cost of $301,065.16; the item passed by roll call.
