Rumson-Fair Haven board approves personnel slate including new girls flag football coaching positions and volunteer rowing coach

The superintendent presented personnel items #2–8, which included amendments to the end dates for several sixth assignments, acceptance of the resignation of Chemistry teacher Malleswari Ponnala effective April 13, 2024, rescission of an assistant rowing coach appointment with immediate reappointment of Christian Gibbs as a volunteer rowing coach for spring 2024, approval of substitutes, and appointment of Kyle Marinelli as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the winter season (Nov. 27–March 3) at a stipend of $4,341.
On a motion by Mr. Grant, seconded by Mrs. McCabe, the board approved personnel items #2–8 by unanimous roll call vote.
What happens next: Personnel appointments and the Sidebar Agreement will be processed by the administration; the volunteer rowing coach appointment and coaching stipends will be scheduled for the spring season.
