- Item 5 (resolution): Treasurer authorized to accept and expend a $65,000 grant increase from Larkin Street Youth Services (total $181,000) for one-on-one financial coaching to transitional-age youth through 10/31/2024. Adopted.
- Item 6 (resolution): Lease of ground-floor commercial space at 240 Van Ness Ave. to operate a disability community cultural center—15-year term with three 5-year options, base rent approximately $60,000 annually and a city contribution up to $1,100,000 toward tenant improvements. Adopted.
- Item 7 (resolution): Second amendment to engineering contract for the Lower Alemany Area Stormwater Improvement Project—an $8,300,000 increase, total not-to-exceed $17,800,000, term extended through 01/17/2031. Adopted.
- Item 8 (resolution): Authorization to submit a grant application up to $5,000,000 to the California Department of Housing and Community Development's local housing trust fund program for affordable housing. Adopted.
- Item 9 (ordinance, committee report): Authorization to settle litigation related to the Zuckerberg SF General Hospital Building 5 rehabilitation project; ordinance passed on first reading (settlement amount referenced in committee report: $350,000).
- Adoption without committee: items 13–17 were adopted on first reading by unanimous consent.
