Staff confirmed the requested continuance is within the commission’s extension pool and that there were sufficient days available to grant a 14‑day extension earlier and additional time for the April 1 date.
The commission made and seconded a motion to continue the item to April 1; the continuance passed by voice vote. Staff noted it will place the item on the April 1 agenda and expects the traffic and environmental reviewers to be present.
