The Warrenton City Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional-use permit (CUP‑102) and site plan (SP‑184) on Dec. 4 to allow Image Auto Styling to occupy 907 Veterans Memorial Parkway East.
Mister Burks (Planning and Zoning Officer, voice 4) said the application met code requirements and noted the property’s history; Bart Corman, the project engineer, told the commission the proposal will bring landscaping and parking up to code. The applicant — who stated his name for the record at the meeting — said the business will focus on quick in‑and‑out customization and that work would be performed inside the building.
Commissioners discussed conditions, and one motion added a restriction against overnight outdoor storage of vehicles, with a narrow exception for customer drop-offs. Commissioner Cullum moved and Commissioner Frederick seconded approval of the conditional-use permit; the roll-call vote was recorded as passing 10–0. The separate site-plan motion also passed by roll call.
The Planning and Zoning Officer said the matters will be scheduled for Board of Aldermen review on the city’s December agenda as part of the normal approval process.
