An architect on the board pressed for a clearer drawing detail, noting the plans showed a 7‑foot‑6‑inch dimension in one view and asking that the drawings explicitly state the uppermost point and a 10‑foot maximum. Albers said staff could add a condition establishing a 10‑foot maximum and will ensure future drawings show maximums.
A board member moved to approve the item with board and staff comments; the motion was seconded and the board voted to approve. The board and staff confirmed the approval included the 10‑foot maximum and the 20‑by‑20 dimensional limit.
