Planning staff previews downtown TOD presentation, sidewalk improvements and low-impact parking options

He described Nov. 4 as an in-person, council-chamber presentation starting at 6 p.m., with the session recorded for later viewing. Staff also mentioned possible low-impact paving for parking lots and incentives for additional housing units in exchange for affordable housing commitments as tools the city is considering.
