Planning commission backs Wayland Custom Homes wastewater waiver for Bendick Estates

The department noted the commission previously acted on the matter at the February meeting and that the draft letter would be forwarded to city council if the commission finalized it. A roll-call vote recorded unanimous support for the commission’s recommendation.
Under the approved recommendation, the matter will proceed to city council for filing; the department will finalize the letter of recommendation reflecting the commission’s conditions.
