"The work that they'll be doing for us will provide a comprehensive assessment of infrastructure needs for this area that's generally undeveloped," Marbot said.
Staff recommended approval. Council member Luke Williams moved for approval and Matt Tiscus seconded; the council voted to approve the item on a voice vote.
