Willow Springs planning committee approves minutes, forwards two rezoning recommendations and adjourns

Jackie Williamson moved and Garry Breidt seconded a motion to approve the Sept. 4, 2025 minutes; the committee approved the motion 4-0. Later in the meeting the committee unanimously recommended two rezoning items to the Board of Aldermen (302 Pine Grove Road and multiple parcels on the east side of Sunshine from Lane to Bryan) and then voted to adjourn. Jackie Williamson moved and Tyler Morris seconded the motion to adjourn; the motion carried 4-0 and the meeting ended at 6:12 p.m.
