Committee member Garry Breidt moved to forward a recommendation for rezoning; Jackie Williamson seconded. Committee Chair Kurt Owens and member Tyler Morris joined Breidt and Williamson in a unanimous vote in favor of the recommendation.
The committee’s action was a recommendation only; final authority for zoning changes rests with the Board of Aldermen, which will receive the committee’s recommendation in a future meeting. No conflicts of interest, conditions, or amendments were recorded in the committee minutes.
