Eagle Township adopts multiple financial and administrative resolutions; board authorizes legal action on denied variance

On code enforcement, the board approved a motion that if the building at 15350 Jones Road is not removed by the date set by the township attorney, the attorney is authorized to pursue additional legal action, including litigation; roll call recorded five yes votes and the motion carried.
