The commission plans to interview two engineering firms and is reviewing updates to vehicle repair facility rules and the Eagle Township Nuisance Ordinance.
Later in the meeting, Hoppes moved, and Treasurer Chelsea Hoppes supported, a motion requesting the Planning Commission further review section 5.45 (Vehicle Repair), specifically looking at potential one‑day limits, chain‑link fencing locations, and enforcement issues relative to properties currently out of compliance; the motion carried.
