The PSD approved the Nov. 13, 2024 meeting minutes (mover: Board member Fedell; second: Board member Parsley). The board reappointed Cooper as PSD Chair, Fedell as PSD Vice‑Chair and Kim Goodin as PSD Recording Secretary (mover: Board member Fedell; second: Board member Slominski). Members also approved the PSD’s 2025 meeting dates (mover: Board member Slominski; second: Board member Faulkner). Those motions carried unanimously.
No formal ordinances, resolutions or funding allocations were enacted at this meeting; the actions were procedural and set the board’s leadership and schedule for the year. The meeting adjourned at 8:35 a.m. (mover: Board member Slominski; second: Board member Fedell).
