The Alameda County Board of Supervisors convened a special 3:00 p.m. meeting and recessed into closed session after taking no public comment on the items listed for closed session. Chair (speaker 2) told the meeting that “today's meeting is largely entirely closed session items” and invited public comment limited to those items; the clerk reported that there were no members of the public wishing to speak.
The meeting recessed into closed session. After reconvening, the clerk called the roll again and reported attendance changes: Supervisor Marquez, Supervisor Tam, Supervisor Miley and Supervisor Fortunato Bass were recorded as present; President Halbert was excused on reconvening. When asked whether there were any reportable actions from the closed session, the clerk stated that there were none.
With no reportable actions announced, the clerk asked for other board comments, heard none, and adjourned the special meeting.
