The Development Review Committee approved a revised final development plan for a 6,360‑square‑foot cafetorium at Saint Francis Academy on Feb. 19. Staff said the proposal uses allowable square footage from the previously approved master plan, meets building design standards and includes landscape plantings; staff found the plan consistent with the comprehensive plan and the Unified Land Development Code and recommended approval.
Applicant representative Walker Owen said the applicant had no additional materials and was available to answer questions. No public comment was offered on the item. A committee member moved and the DRC approved the revised final development plan by voice vote. The approval allows the academy to proceed toward final permitting and construction under the conditions and approvals required by county code.
