- Consent agenda: Consent agenda approved; item E (architectural services for Heritage Center parcels, amount not to exceed $28,940) was discussed and approved after clarification from staff.
- Zoning and land‑use ordinances: Multiple zoning ordinance amendments and map changes were ratified or adopted on first or second reading (several items recorded as unanimous or 6‑0 votes). A noted vote on an industrial 0‑lot line setback provision passed on final reading with a 5‑to‑1 tally after council debate and agreement to revisit implementation details.
- Resolutions and contracts: Council approved a resolution authorizing parcel transfers to Oaklow (vote 5 ayes, 1 nay); approved an amendment to expand the airport site study contract with Goodwin Mills Cawood (approval recorded); approved a resolution accepting assignment of Heritage Center restrictions (5 ayes, 1 abstention); approved multiple equipment and construction contracts including HVAC replacement (~$108,454), Siemens breakers ($527,667), transformer refurbishment (~$243,420), school‑zone resurfacing (~$948,278.10) and city street milling/resurfacing (~$3,068,425).
