Presenter calls 86 Edgewater Drive renovation "benign"; commission closes hearing and takes matter under advisement

Mike Bocelli of Thomas Engineering presented proposed renovations at 86 Edgewater Drive East, describing a modest suite of work that would include a second-story addition on a portion of the house, a 9-by-20 front bump-out, small deck modifications and a porch addition.
