The clerk announced that Incarvati had been reappointed to another five-year term before the board opened nominations. Incarvati was nominated and elected chair without opposition; he then nominated Spate for vice chair, a nomination that was seconded and approved by the board.
Incarvati told the board they will use Robert’s Rules of Order as incorporated in the board’s bylaws to govern meetings. A motion to adopt the rules was made, seconded by Vice Chair Spate and carried by unanimous vote.
The action sets the board’s procedural framework for 2026 and was followed by the hearing of three variance requests on the agenda.
