The Technical Review Committee voted to approve SP 2206, a four‑phase site plan for an approximately 18,200‑square‑foot warehouse and office buildout at 451 Rowan Way.
Ryan Solsis, the city’s development services director, told the committee staff reviewed the proposal against the land development code and the comprehensive plan and that the Parktown Industrial IPUD agreement applies to the site. He said a third‑party reviewer, Mead & Hunt, confirmed that the engineering meets city code and that staff is recommending approval.
"We are here to vote on SP 2206, request for approval of a site plan for a 4 phase warehouse office build out of approximately 18,200 total square feet for the property at 451 Rowan Way," Solsis said.
Solsis opened the item for public comment; no members of the public spoke on SP 2206. A committee member moved to approve the plan and a roll call was taken; all members answered in the affirmative and Solsis announced that the public hearing for SP 2206 had concluded.
The committee did not place additional conditions on the approval during the meeting. The item will proceed according to standard permitting and building permit processes. The committee then moved on to the next agenda item.
