Parks & Recreation Board tables approval of Feb. 5 minutes after quorum not met; meeting called and adjourned

The City of Green Parks & Recreation Board meeting on March 5, 2025 was called to order by the chair at the start of the session and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
When the board considered approval of minutes from the Feb. 5, 2025 meeting, a motion to approve was made and received a second. One board member said they needed to abstain because they had not attended the Feb. 5 meeting, and the chair determined the body did not have a quorum for formal approval. The board tabled formal approval of the Feb. 5 minutes until the next meeting.
With no new business on the agenda, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and the chair adjourned the meeting.
