Chair Babbitt moved that the council not request a state hearing on the TMP 4992 application; the motion was seconded and the clerk called the roll. The roll‑call vote recorded unanimous affirmative votes by members present and the motion carried. Council recorded that there was no further public‑safety business before the committee that evening.
No testimony from the business owner or opponents was entered into the record at the June 2 meeting; the committee's action was procedural to determine whether to ask the state for a hearing on the license application.
