Planning & Zoning Commission elects Krista Ladowski chair, Miss Chadsey vice chair and adopts 2025 rules

The Green City Planning & Zoning Commission elected Krista Ladowski as chair and Miss Chadsey as vice chair during its Jan. 15, 2025 organizational meeting and adopted its rules and procedures for the year.
The meeting opened with the pledge of allegiance and a roll call. Commissioners nominated Ladowski for chair and, after no further nominations, the commission closed nominations and approved her election by roll call. The new chair then opened nominations for vice chair; a commissioner nominated Miss Chadsey and the commission elected her by roll call.
Staff told the commission there had been no changes to the rules since last year’s adoption. A commissioner moved to approve the rules and procedures as written; the motion was seconded and adopted by roll call.
The commission scheduled its next regular meeting for Feb. 19 and staff noted a separate public hearing on the city’s comprehensive plan will be held by city council on Feb. 11.
