Authority approves routine permits and bond change; unsafe-building matter set for April 15

On an unsafe-building update, a staff member said Mr. Cox had submitted paperwork for a one‑lot subdivision and that "upon approval of that, he will take the house down." The authority set the unsafe-building matter for 300 West Old Bridge Road over to April 15 for follow-up and possible action after the planning commission hearing.
