During routine business the Chair moved and the authority approved several housekeeping items by voice vote, including approval of claims, the meeting agenda, and the minutes of prior meetings. The authority also approved a refund for building permit number 2657 (Windham Nation).
On a separate item, staff described a request from Lumen's Logistics to reduce a performance bond to a maintenance bond. Staff said the review supported releasing the performance bond once the maintenance bond is posted; the authority approved that conditional release.
On an unsafe-building update, a staff member said Mr. Cox had submitted paperwork for a one‑lot subdivision and that "upon approval of that, he will take the house down." The authority set the unsafe-building matter for 300 West Old Bridge Road over to April 15 for follow-up and possible action after the planning commission hearing.
No roll-call vote tallies were announced for these routine approvals; motions passed by voice vote.
